We are committed to supporting Domestic Violence Survivors through direct aid, awareness campaigns, and community outreach. Our three departments—DV Aid, Events & Fundraising, and Media—work together to empower survivors and engage the community. TAKE A PLEDGE
In memory of Mirelle, we propose "Mirelle's Law," a public online registry for convicted domestic violence offenders in California. This law would allow individuals to access the criminal backgrounds of domestic violence offenders, helping prevent future abuse by giving potential victims critical information. By increasing transparency, "Mirelle's Law" could save lives and protect countless individuals from harm
Our Initiatives
Our nonprofit is committed to giving back to those in need. On the day before Thanksgiving, we distribute turkeys to low-income families to ensure they can enjoy a meaningful holiday meal. During the Christmas season, we provide blankets and essential items to individuals experiencing homelessness, offering comfort and support during the winter months
Educating in Highschools
We offer educational presentations at high schools focused on raising awareness about domestic violence. Our goal is to inform students about the signs of abuse and promote preventive measures. By empowering young people with knowledge, we aim to foster healthier relationships and safer communities
Partner Resources
We have formed partnerships with various nonprofits and organizations that provide critical resources for domestic violence survivors. These collaborations enable us to offer comprehensive support to individuals facing trauma and recovery challenges. Our goal is to create a network of resources that empowers survivors to rebuild their lives in a safe and supportive environment. Together, we strive to offer the care and tools necessary for long-term healing and recovery.
